How it works

To apply for the Partner Program, all you will need to do is fill up the Partner Application Form. Every application goes through a screening process to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. The form consists of basic business information such as your business registration, type of products/services you’re selling, regions of operations, mode of delivery etc. and other details.  

Once we receive your application, our partner onboarding team will set up a call with you or a representative from your company, if the initial screening is successful as per our criteria. 

You will receive email notifications on the status of your partner application through each step.

As soon as an order is placed with you, your ability to deliver, depending on the type of product/service, is assessed and rated by customers and ZippyTym. FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

To become a vendor, you would first need to fill the Vendor Application Form on ZippyTym. 

Yes. A website is not necessary, you can manage your products/services and orders through vendor access on our platform. Order notifications will be received via email, text and WhatsApp.  

Customers and vendors do not have access to communicate directly. Whenever a service request is received, ZippyTym assigns the request to a particular vendor. The only exception for customers and vendors to communicate directly is for specific services with a representative from ZippyTym.  

Give it few minutes, probably the internet connection is slow. If it still doesn’t work, you may contact our vendor onboarding team to assist you.  

You can contact us on vendorenquiry@zippytym.com and our Vendor Onboarding team will assist you about the pricing structure.  

Once the service request has been completed successfully and as per ZippyTym Compliance Protocol, ZippyTym will release payment within 7 days of service delivery.  

To raise a request to withdraw your vendor subscription, you can send an email to vendorenquiry@zippytym.com or go to “My Account” – Settings – Delete my account
